How long has Nikken been selling Magnetic Insoles?

Nikken’s original Magnetic insoles were their first product in 1975. Many competitors have tried to duplicate Nikken insoles but have yet to come close to them. The new Nikken insole has surpassed their original, and that’s Nikken’s new mSteps and mStride. 

I have missing Magnets on my insoles. Can I purchase replacement parts? 

Yes, sometimes the magnetic nodes fall off, go missing, and must be replaced. Instead of replacing the whole magnetic insole, you can replace just the lost or broken nodes. Nikken sells the replacements in packs of 10.

What are Nikken Magsteps, Kenko mSteps, and Kenko mStrides?

 They are magnetic insoles for shoes. They go into your shoes to help keep your feet relaxed and comfortable. The Kenko mSteps is the improved version of the original insole that Nikken created in 1975. The Magsteps have small nodes on the insole and feel like a refreshing stimulation to your feet. The other side is smooth in case you don’t find them comfortable. Kenko mSteps is the newer version with the Dynaflux technology that creates a larger magnetic field than the Magsteps. The bumps on the insoles are much more minor and are not reversible like the Magsteps. The mStrides provide more comfort with additional cushion. They replaced the Magstrides with Nikken’s new Dyanflux magnetic technology and are a thicker and node-free version of the Magsteps.  

What is the gauss of the Nikken Magnetic Insoles?

The Nikken Magsteps are 450 gauss. The Gauss strength is 900 with the Kenko Msteps, and the Mstrides are 800-1000. The Gauss strength can reach 1000 when walking, running, etc. Nikken insoles have a deeper magnetic field, unlike their competitors, who make insoles with energy flowing around the outside; Nikken covers the entire insole, so magnetic energy is available to your feet. 

Can magnetic insoles help heel spurs?

 That would be a medical claim, and the magnetic insoles are not medical devices, so I cannot say. They do affect the blood and energy flow through the feet. 

Can I clean the magnetic insoles?

Yes, Surface clean with a damp cloth moistened with a mild detergent or hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Air dry.

Do the bumps go up or down when I insert the insole in my shoe?

Magsteps can be used up or down, whichever is more comfortable. You might consider flipping the insole up after you have used them for a few months, and you might be surprised that you enjoy the small nodes. 

The mStep will say which side is down on the bottom of them. The mSteps and mStrides will say which side goes up towards your feet. 

What are the benefits of Magsteps? How do they work? What do they do for you?

The insoles help by stimulating the energy flowing through your feet. The mSteps and mStrides are even more effective with the Dynaflux technology and the constantly moving nodes that channel more energy to your feet. The energy helps them stay relaxed and energized throughout the day. 

Is there a type of shoe I should wear with Nikken Magnetic Insoles?

The magnetic insoles are designed to be trimmed to fit. They work best with shoes that are closed and don’t work well with flip-flops or shoes that are open. Some people have tried with open shoes and said they have made them work. They may not fit well if your shoes have less extra room to spare. 

Why Nikken Magnetic Insoles. 

Competitors have tried duplicating the Nikken magnetic insoles, but they have created an uneven magnetic field. Nikken magnetic insoles cover the entire surface of the insole. Nikken’s first product was the original Magsteps with a texture that was inspired by the pebbles in Japanese public baths known for the stimulating sensation. The insole was then combined with magnetic technology. 

Can the Nikken magnetic insoles really help?

Yes, when you are wearing mSteps, your feet are stimulating physically and energetically. What I can tell you is my feet feel great when I use my insoles, and I feel much lighter when I put them in my shoes. Check with your doctor if you have an implanted device, like a pacemaker, before using Nikken insoles or any other magnetic product.

How many different types of Nikken insoles?

Nikken insoles come in two forms mSteps and mStrides. mStrides have more cushion and are thicker with no bumps. Msteps are thinner and are designed to fit easily into your shoe. Both insoles have DynaFlux magnetic Technology.
